Terms & Condition

•    These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms. By using the RPET Online Services you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

•    Training courses are frequently offered with a restricted number of places for students. Only complete applications are considered in accordance with the respective admission requirements. Where there are no stipulated admission requirements, applications are considered in the order they are received. However, the RPET reserves the right to accept or reject an application, independent of its place in order to achieve a sensible didactic balance for the course in the interest of the accepted students and/or to reject applicants.

•    By filling and signing application form, candidate agrees to accept and abide by the terms and conditions

•    The registration here is to attend the classroom training session not for online sessions.

•    Candidates are requested to ensure and finalize their program before batch starting date of a course. If by any means a candidate is unable to undergo the course on the stipulated date, the same can be shifted to next available date as per the availability within 6 months.

•    Course Material for the selected course will be issued at the time of course commencement. And the Course Certificates will be issued once the course has been completed.

•    Duplicate receipts will not be issued at any juncture.

•    If the amount is debited from your Bank Account but error page displayed or registration not done, you can report such occurrence to info@ripsindia.com. Course booking is subject to seat availability.

•    We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

•    It may take up to 48hrs to get confirmation from bank.After completing the payment you will be redirected back to RPET site for payment confirmation message. Please do not press BACK or REFRESH button until you are directed back, you may see white screen in the process. The process may take 2-3 minutes.

•    The course fee of RPET is exempt from VAT. All fees include course materials, tuition fee, food, accommodation, uniform etc.

•    Fees may be paid by credit card, debit cards, Net banking or Electronic Transfer.

•    Course fees should be paid at least 15 working days prior to the start of the course.

•    On request, RPET will provide a receipted invoice when payment has been received. 
Please note that no booking will be held until payment has been received.


•    RPET reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any registration for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your registration being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the seats, non- availability of batch. We will intimate you if your registration is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your admission.

•    In case of requests for registration cancellations, RPET reserves the right to accept or reject requests for registration cancellations for any reason whatsoever based on institutes policy. RPET will not be able to cancel registration of batches that have already been commenced.

•    If the candidate does not attend the scheduled class due to illness or any reason and not willing to shifted to next available date as per the availability within 6 months. It will be considered as the cancellation of course as per institute’s policy.

•    RPET maintains the right to withhold the full course fee if candidate cancel registration after the commencement of the course. Partial refunds may be awarded at our discretion if notification of registration cancellation is received in writing before the start of a course.

•    Course descriptions, including fees, are given in good faith. RPET reserves the right to change course content, location and fees, or to cancel a course. RPET will not be held responsible for any fees/cancellation charges incurred by these changes.

•    Cancellation and refunds for any course is as per Institute policy.

•    These policies are applicable to the courses originally registered and refunds are not applicable to the course that has been carried forward by shifting to the alternative dates.

•    Registration fee is non-refundable or adjustable in any case.

•    If a candidate cancel reserved seat before commencement of the course then a part of the fees can be refunded. No fee will be refunded if the candidate cancels his seat after the batch commencement date.

•    In case a student, after joining the course, decides to withdraw from the Institute, a part of the fees will be refunded. The amount refunded depends on the date of withdrawal by the student.

•    Receipt in original to be surrendered for refund upon which refund shall be processed in 20-25 business days by online transfer/cheque in the respective name registered. NO REFUNDS will be processed without original receipt.

•    Duplicate receipts will not be issued at any juncture.

•    The fee paid towards estimated expenses shall be refunded after deducting therefrom, the actual expenses incurred towards provision of books, uniforms, stationery, messing, medical etc.

•    In respect of refund policy, the decision of the institute is final and binding on the student. Normally, it takes approximate three months to make refunds.


•    RPET is only liable in cases of criminal intention or willful negligence. No responsibility is accepted for consequential or indirect damages. Claims for compensation expire if they are not made in writing to RPET within three months of knowledge of the injury or damage.

•    RPET accepts no responsibility for personal injury or material damage incurred during travel to or from the institute, nor for any arising at the institute. RPET also disclaims any liability in cases of theft, loss or damage of objects, especially valuables, brought by participants to the course


•    In cases of force-majeure (Acts of God), RPET ceases to be liable to fulfill its obligations for the duration of the emergency. Cases of force-majeure encompass fire, strikes, lockouts and such situations not caused by RPET, but which make their fulfillment of obligations either extremely difficult or impossible.

•    All disputes arising are to be decided within the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur.
